We are growing! To drive human resources activities and active recruitment, we are looking for a HR & Recruitment Intern for a minimum 6-month period starting as soon as possible.

The HR & Recruitment Intern’s responsibilities include an active sourcing and selection of potential candidates through the company’s social media networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook…) and with the help of external recruitment websites.

An outgoing personality, s/he will build long-term relationships with target audience and stakeholders and represent the company during events. The candidate will also work closely with management and marketing in the development of an effective online content strategy to support the recruiting efforts.

what you will do

  • Source candidates through online prospection and events networking
  • Conduct first screenings, organise interviews and provide the necessary feedback to management
  • Organise the company’s presence and represent SEQVOIA at recruitment events
  • Develop recruitment-targeted solutions to be implemented in the company’s marketing strategy
  • Review and update the company’s documentation, including recruitment procedures and policies
  • Contribute to CRM and contact management
  • Actively participate in HR project work

what should you have

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • A first experience in recruitment and/or human resources
  • Organisational skills, the ability to work independently and to identify priorities
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and to describe processes in writing
  • Good negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Flexibility to attend events
  • Excellent English and French, written and spoken
  • Good command of desktop tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
